FitKidz Early Learning & Kindergarten

Our Early Learning and Kindergarten programs bring the joy of movement to children aged 2–5, helping them build confidence and develop fundamental movement skills through fun, play-based fitness sessions.

FitKidz Vacation Care & OSHC

We bring engaging, fitness-focused holiday programs to outside school hours care centres, keeping kids active and entertained during school breaks with fun, age-appropriate activities.

FitKidz Run Club

Our run club encourages kids to build endurance, teamwork, and confidence through fun, supportive group running sessions in a non-competitive environment. Designed to inspire a lifelong love of movement.

Both of my children, aged 10 and 7, have been attending FitKidz for the past couple of years and absolutely love it! The sessions are always fun, engaging, and age-appropriate, with a perfect balance of fitness, games, and encouragement. I’ve noticed a huge improvement not only in their physical strength and coordination but also in their confidence and willingness to try new things. The instructors are fantastic – supportive, energetic, and genuinely invested in each child’s progress. It’s clear they know how to make exercise enjoyable for kids while teaching them healthy habits that will stick for life. FitKidz has been a wonderful part of our weekly routine, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly to other families!

FitKidz has been a great opportunity to introduce our little explorers to new, fun, physical fitness activities at both our Earlville Early Education & Waratah Early Education Centres. Our little explorers look forward to and enjoy the fortnightly sessions provided by Katie at FitKidz. With Katie’s prior experience with working within the early childhood industry, our children are provided with physical activities that are age appropriate with key focuses centered around physical development milestones as well as a commitment to developing confidence for the children to learn how to participate.

I had first enquired with Katie about getting my two children into FitKidz at the start of Term 2, 2025. Katie had then invited us to a trial session, which both kids thoroughly enjoyed. Signing them up to Saturday classes and the whole process was unbelievably smooth. Both kids have enjoyed themselves so much that we have now signed them up for term 3 and also Run Club. Katie and her team have been so amazing in helping my children in their journey to becoming more active and we could not thank them enough. It is a very welcoming environment, definitely remember!
