FitKidz Yoga is a calming and engaging program designed specifically for children. Led by instructors with advanced qualifications in children’s yoga, these sessions promote mindfulness, flexibility, balance, and emotional resilience in a fun, age-appropriate way.
Held during school terms, our yoga classes offer children a chance to slow down, connect with their bodies, and build confidence through movement and breathwork. Each session is thoughtfully planned to support children’s physical and emotional development in a safe and nurturing environment.
