Enrolment & Payment

• A completed registration form is required for each child prior to participating in any FitKidz FNQ program.

• An invoice will be issued upon submission of the form.

• Enrolment is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

• Places are limited and will be allocated in order of payment received.

Make-up Policy

• If your child misses a session due to illness or absence, we will offer a make-up session within the same term, subject to availability.

• Make-up sessions for under-5s may be limited due to fewer class options.

• Make-up classes cannot be carried over to future terms or refunded.

• Please notify us by email if your child is unwell or will be away.

Safety Expectations

• Children must wear closed-in shoes and clothing suitable for physical activity.

• A clearly labelled water bottle must be brought to each session.

• Food and personal toys are not permitted inside the gym.

• Children must use equipment only under trainer supervision.

• Please ensure your child uses the toilet before the session begins, as trainers cannot leave sessions to assist during class.

• Children must not enter the gym or play on equipment before being invited in by a trainer.

• Siblings and parents are asked to wait in the reception area or outside the gym during sessions.

Behaviour & Participation

• We aim to create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment.

• We reserve the right to remove a child from a session if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

• If you have any concerns about your child’s ability to participate, please speak with us prior to enrolment.

Photography Consent

• Photo permission will be confirmed during registration.

• If consent is not given, we will ensure your child is not included in group or promotional photos.

• Please speak with us before taking photos during sessions to protect other children's privacy.
