About FitKidz
FitKidz was founded in 2017 by Katie and Crios O’Hare with a clear vision: to empower children aged 2 to 12 to develop healthy habits through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate physical activity. We believe that early movement is key to building stronger bodies, better coordination, and a lifelong love of fitness.
HEALTHY HABITS
Our programs are designed to give children a positive and supportive introduction to exercise. We offer a variety of classes including functional fitness, children’s yoga, and a run club – all aimed at promoting physical, social, and emotional growth. At FitKidz, we focus on developing essential skills like strength, balance, coordination, and agility, while ensuring every session is enjoyable and inclusive.
We deliver our programs across multiple settings – schools, childcare centres, kindergartens, outside school hours care services, community groups and organisations, and our private gym – making fitness accessible to children throughout the community. Our team is made up of qualified trainers with experience in both the fitness and early childhood sectors, dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and fun environments where kids can thrive.
More than just fitness, our classes foster mindfulness, flexibility, and emotional resilience, while encouraging teamwork and endurance, helping children gain confidence in their abilities.
At FitKidz, we’re passionate about inspiring children to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing. Through expert guidance, age-appropriate activities, and a genuine love of movement, we help set the foundation for a happy, healthy life – one active kid at a time.
