FitKidz Functional Fitness Classes

Held at our private gym, these expert-led classes focus on developing strength, coordination, agility, and motor skills through age-appropriate exercises in a fun, social environment.

Located on-site at our facility, our Functional Fitness Program is a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate physical activity program designed to support healthy growth, coordination, and confidence in children aged 2 to 12 years.

Our classes are thoughtfully structured into small age-based groups to cater to each stage of development:

  • Toddlers (2–3 years) focus on simple movement patterns, balance, and spatial awareness through playful, hands-on activities.

  • Preschoolers (4–5 years) enjoy games and obstacle courses that develop coordination, strength, and body control.

  • Early Primary (6–8 years) build foundational fitness through structured circuits, group games, and functional movement exercises.

  • Older Kids (9–12 years) work on agility, strength, and teamwork through more advanced challenges that build resilience and confidence.

Each session includes a mix of fun, age-appropriate activities such as jumping, balancing, climbing, stretching, and strength-building games. Led by experienced instructors, classes are designed to keep kids active and engaged while fostering a positive attitude towards fitness.

The program runs during the school term only and is not available as a casual drop-in class. However, we do offer a free trial session so your child can come along, join the fun, and see what it's all about before enrolling.

Program benefits include:

  • Improved coordination, strength, and endurance

  • Greater confidence and social skills

  • Support for focus and emotional regulation

  • A strong foundation for lifelong healthy habits

We’d love to welcome your child to our program – where movement, learning, and fun come together!
